•  We would aim to open your account within 10-12 days (subject to all our credit checks)

•  Your fuel cards will be delivered within 5 business days

•  You will be allocated a dedicated Account Manager

•  Helpdesk available Mon to Fri 9.00am to 5.30pm

•  Online Card management is available 24/7

•  Lost or stolen cards reporting available through our Login service

•  All invoices, statements and drawing sheets will be electronically sent to your email (reducing your carbon footprint)

One of the main factors to consider when purchasing fuel is the volatility of the fuel price. This volatility is due to variations between supply and demand. Although demand peaks and troughs tend to be reasonably smooth, supply peaks and troughs tend to be more dramatic, as oil producers vary their output.

 

Our fuel purchasers attempt to time their purchases, so that they buy at the lowest price possible and retain strategic stocks when they believe prices are likely to rise.

Flexible Credit Terms

 

Our quality service is matched by flexible credit terms tailored to each account. We offer exceptional competitive pricing and many forms of account management reporting, to assist with the effective operation of your business.

 

To maintain your fuel price at a minimum, we offer the following:-

 

7 Day weekly Direct Debit

 

•  Drawings made from Monday - Sunday, will be invoiced out on the following Monday and Direct Debit will be collected on the next Monday after invoicing.  
(A Direct Debit will be taken every week)

 

 

14 day Direct debit

 

•  Drawings made between 1st and 15th of the month, will now be collected by Direct Debit on the 1st of the following month.

•  Drawings made between the 16th and 31st of each month will be collected by Direct debit on the 15th of the following month.  
(A Direct Debit will be taken twice a month)

Managed Account

 

We all know this phrase by now “Credit Crunch”, if for some reason, we were not able to obtain a credit facility for you, then a Managed account might suit you.

 

This allows any business no matter how big or small, to pay in an agreed amount of money at a price on that day and we will convert this money into litres.

 

After paying in, Morgan Fuels will manage everything from invoicing, drawing reports to alert emails, and notifications regarding when you next need to top up.

 

This allows you to have your own bunker of fuel with us, which you can draw anywhere on our network.
